1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for STRANSFORM programmes, accessing our digital platform, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STRANSFORM Limited.
If you register on behalf of an organization or institution, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Your organization will be responsible for compliance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification.
2. Our Services
STRANSFORM provides institutional transformation programmes, strategic advisory services, leadership development, and digital platform access to support African organizations and their leaders. Our services include:
- Executive and institutional transformation programmes
- Strategic frameworks and resources
- Facilitated learning experiences
- Peer networking and community engagement
- Certificates of participation
- Follow-up advisory services (where applicable)
Programme content, scheduling, facilitators, and delivery format may be modified at STRANSFORM's sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Registration & Participation
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Access codes (if provided) are personal and non-transferable
Participation Expectations
- Commitment to active engagement and participation
- Attendance at scheduled programme times and venues
- Adherence to venue policies and health protocols
- Professional and respectful conduct toward facilitators and fellow participants
- Compliance with any accessibility or accommodation arrangements
Institutional Participation
For organizational registrations, the registering individual represents their institution's commitment to participation and compliance with these Terms. Institutions may be required to enter separate service agreements for advanced programmes.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Participant Cancellation
- 30+ days before programme: Full refund or credit toward future programmes
- 14-29 days before: 75% refund or credit
- 7-13 days before: 50% refund or credit
- Less than 7 days: No refund (credit may be available at STRANSFORM discretion)
- No-shows forfeit all fees
Programme Rescheduling
If STRANSFORM reschedules a programme, registered participants may:
- Attend the rescheduled programme at no additional cost
- Receive a full refund if unable to attend the new date
- Transfer registration to a future programme offering
Programme Cancellation
In the event of complete programme cancellation, STRANSFORM will provide:
- Full refund to all registered participants
- Credit toward future STRANSFORM programmes
- Reasonable advance notice when possible
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our registration team.
5. Certificates of Participation
Certificate Issuance
- Certificates are issued only to participants who attend the complete programme
- Attendance tracking via QR check-in or manual sign-in procedures
- Certificates are issued within 5-7 business days post-programme
- Digital certificates include verification codes for authenticity confirmation
Certificate Usage Rights
You may:
- Display your certificate on professional profiles (LinkedIn, resumes, CVs)
- Share your certificate with colleagues and your organization
- Print your certificate for professional development records
You acknowledge that:
- Certificates represent participation only, not formal qualifications or credentials
- STRANSFORM does not provide professional licensing or credentialing authority
- Misrepresentation of certificates as formal credentials is prohibited
6. Intellectual Property Rights
STRANSFORM Content Protection
All programme content, frameworks, materials, presentations, research, case studies, and strategic insights are proprietary STRANSFORM intellectual property protected by international copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish STRANSFORM materials without permission
- Commercial use of STRANSFORM frameworks requires explicit licensing agreement
- Attribution to STRANSFORM is required for any permitted use of materials
- Frameworks and methodologies are trade secrets of STRANSFORM
Personal Use License
Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use programme materials for personal professional development and institutional implementation within their organization.
Prohibited Uses
- Republishing or redistributing STRANSFORM materials online
- Creating derivative works from STRANSFORM frameworks without permission
- Using STRANSFORM content for competing transformation programmes
- Claiming STRANSFORM methodologies as your own intellectual property
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use STRANSFORM services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward other participants or facilitators
- Unauthorized access to platform systems or data
- Disruption of programme activities or venue operations
- Commercial solicitation without prior STRANSFORM authorization
- Misrepresentation of your identity or authority
- Recording or photographing programmes without explicit permission
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from programmes and permanent platform access denial.
8. Liability Limitations
Disclaimer of Warranties
STRANSFORM services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant:
- Specific organizational outcomes or business results
- Uninterrupted platform service or error-free operations
- That programmes will meet specific institutional needs
- Third-party performance or venue operations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRANSFORM shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost revenues, profits, or business opportunities
- Organizational decisions based on programme content
- Third-party actions or venue operator negligence
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for services
Venue Limitations
STRANSFORM coordinates with third-party venue operators but does not control venue operations, security, or safety protocols. Participants assume venue-related risks beyond STRANSFORM's control. Venue operators maintain their own liability policies.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication before initiating legal proceedings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if that is not possible, severed. All other provisions remain in full effect.
