Note:  Mandatory Standby Support staff - 2500 an hour.

Booking Confirmation: A 100% full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before the booking date will receive a

full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.

Room Setup: Standard room setup is included. Custom setups are available for an

additional fee.

Operating Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Extended hours are available upon request.

Damage Inspection & Client Responsibility Policy

To ensure the proper maintenance of the facility, all bookings are subject to post-use inspection involving the booking client only.

Client Responsibility

  • The individual or organization that made the booking (“the client”) is solely responsible for the condition of the room, furniture, equipment, and amenities used during the session.

  • Attendees and guests are not individually subject to inspection or liability.

Post-Use Inspection

  • A facility representative will conduct an inspection with the client or designated host immediately after the session and before the client departs the premises.

  • The inspection will assess furniture, equipment, fixtures, cleanliness, and any provided items.

Immediate Settlement of Damages

  • If any damage, loss, misuse, or excessive cleaning requirement is identified, the client will be informed immediately.

  • The client is required to resolve the issue before leaving the premises, either by:

    • Settling the assessed cost on the spot.

Damage Assessment

  • Charges will reflect the actual cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning, as determined by facility management.

  • Normal wear and tear from proper use is excluded.

Refusal or Non-Compliance

  • Failure or refusal by the client to settle identified damages before departure may result in:

    • Forfeiture of any deposit paid,

    • Restriction from future bookings, and/or

    • Formal documentation for administrative or legal follow-up.

Policy Acceptance

Proceeding with a booking constitutes the client’s agreement to this Damage Inspection & Client Responsibility Policy and authorization for facility management to conduct inspections and enforce settlement prior to client exit.
